RF Global Reserve Funding Agreement
RF Global Holdings LLC (“RF Global”) provides reserve funding (equity funding) to publicly listed companies on various stock exchanges throughout the world (except for the US). Although we will not fund start-up companies, the companies that we do fund not only receive capital for growth and acquisitions, but RF Global becomes their valued strategic partner. Our team has extensive multi-industry experience and relationships which provides companies with valuable resources such as access to strategic advice, identification of acquisition candidates and introduction to other strategic investors. Our philosophy and policy is to invest in companies with strong management teams and significant upside potential with the goal of building long-term relationships and value.
Unlike most private equity firms and hedge funds that raise funds from institutional investors, RF Global invests its own capital, but occasionally may co-invest with a strategic partner. We are flexible with respect to investment structure, financing and time horizon, which allows a company to focus on long-term value creation and maximization. We use our own proprietary Reserve Funding Agreement to provide funding to public companies on most exchanges (non-US Companies). Services We Offer:
Working Capital: Helping businesses with their cash flow problems by offering a Working Capital loan. This is a form of unsecured debt that can be used for a variety of business purposes. Equipment Leasing: This is the process in which a company can get financing for new or used equipment. We only focus on US companies. There are several types of leases that are available, such as the Fair Market Value (FMV), Dollar Buyout Lease, wrap leases, refinancing, sale lease backs and working capital loans. Stock Loans: RF Global can assist you if you are looking for a Non-Recourse Stock Loan. Loan amounts can be as much as 70% LTV depending upon the details of the transaction. The minimum qualification for a stock loan is that the price and volume must be greater than $50,000 USD per day. See our Stock Loan section in order to see the calculation. A Non-Recourse stock loan allows the shareholder the ability to access a majority of the current value of the underlying securities position. The non-recourse stock loans are one of the most effective and transparent remedies to the global volatility that takes place within the market. International Trade Division
RF Global has an experienced team with years of experience in the import-export field. Through our International Trade Division, we are actively seeking import-export transactions. We directly purchase and/or trade in minerals, petroleum products, durable goods and various other commodities. We are not traders or purchasers of gemstones, gold, silver or other precious or rare earth metals. We have a depth of knowledge in the mineral and oil sectors and are looking for direct contacts with which to contract on either a monthly or one time transactional basis.
